In conclusion, I'm sure you've heard a lot of differing opinions on the definition of healthy living. But if you're looking for an answer that is applicable to everyone, I'd say it's simply being happy and comfortable with your self. If you're happy and content with yourself, you'll feel better about everything else in your life.
