In the end, I'm sure you've heard a lot of diverse opinions about what constitutes healthy living. But if you're looking for a definition that works for everyone, I'd say it's simply being satisfied and at ease with your self. When you're satisfied and comfortable with yourself, you'll be happier about everything else in your life.
