Natural Treatment For Blood Clots

Natural Treatment For Blood Clots

October 16, 2022 By Peter Leave a Comment

If you are looking for a natural treatment for blood clots, you may want to consider the Vein & Vascular Institute. It offers a number of natural remedies for blood clots. These remedies include vitamin E, Coenzyme Q10, and Cayenne pepper.

Cayenne pepper

Cayenne pepper is a natural anticoagulant, which means that it can help with the prevention of blood clots. It contains salicylates, which are considered to be anticoagulants. This pepper is also helpful when used in conjunction with vitamin E, which is a mild anticoagulant. Taking a small dose of cayenne pepper twice daily may help reduce the risk of blood clots, but it must be consumed regularly to have any effect.

Vitamin E

A new study shows that taking Vitamin E can help reduce the risk of blood clots in women. While more research is needed to confirm this finding, the vitamin may be a great choice to reduce clot risk. The study was published in Circulation by the American Heart Association. Harvard Medical School physician Dr. Robert Glynn and colleagues studied data from nearly 40,000 women aged 45 and older. They found that taking Vitamin E lowered the risk of clots by half in those with a specific gene mutation.

Coenzyme Q10

The first study on the benefits of Coenzyme Q10 for blood clots is now underway. The research will include 50 patients with APS who will be randomly assigned to receive either CoQ10 200mg or a placebo. They will be given a blood sample at time zero and the end of the study period. The researchers will then examine the effects of the supplement on endothelial function and mitochondrial ultrastructure.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K is important in the natural treatment of blood clots. However, it should not be taken during the time that you are taking blood-thinning medication. It may interfere with the medication and may increase the risk of bleeding. It is also important to remain active and to avoid sitting for long periods of time.
